Orioles Beat Yankees And End Losing Streak
The Baltimore Orioles are not longer the losers of the league. They ended their five game losing streak with a win against the New York Yankees. With a combination of pitching, and out field teamwork, the Orioles will hopefully keep this new streak going. The strategy used was a classic one. Everyone on the team worked together to get the job done. This meant that everyone from coaches to pitchers gave their all to end the streak.
The final score was 3-2 which was good enough for the Orioles. There are many reasons why teams do not perform up to their standards. Injury, tiredness, bad judgment, and coaching can have a serious impact on a team and whether or not they will win. Many times, teams just need to play out their streak until it changes. The Orioles did just that. They continued to try their best and they succeeded.
The Orioles will now try more than even to hold on to this game and the luck they seem to be having. Coaches will try to harbor this energy into future games so that the Orioles will not lose anymore games this season. The victory last night could be a turning point for the team. Playing well and being a team are the best ways to ensure a win. But no one can predict what will happen in the future. Future injury or another stroke of bad luck could send the Orioles back into their back luck spiral for the rest of the season.
