My Bookie offers support via e-mail, phone and live chat and so far everything is just fine. The staff seems friendly enough and e-mails are replied quickly. There is only one drawback and that is the opening hours. The support opens at 8 am (EST) and is open up until the second half of the last game which hasn’t caused any problem on my behalf so far but I would rather have them being open 24/7 like most of the competitors.
Website and wagering
Once again this is a classic sportsbook look with allot of flashy graphics that are kind of heavy if you have a slow connection but otherwise I must say I dig the atmosphere.
Navigation is good though I don’t understand why they mixed the sports and the political and financial futures but I suppose that doesn’t really matter. All in all I feel right at home.
