Robitaille’s Number Retired By LA Kings

Luc Robitaille is the fifth to have his number retired by the Los Angeles Kings. In a ceremony after a game with Phoenix Coyotes, Robitaille’s no. 20 jersey was raised to the rafters.

The eighteen-year-old Jordan Staal has been one of the most sensational players of the NHL season. The young center announced that he will stay with the Pittsburgh Penguins. Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Eric Desjardins announced his retirement from hockey after seventeen years of playing. Due to injuries over the last two years, his contract was not renewed.
