Friday 2/17/06 Daily Roundup

Kings @ Pacers: Here it is, the
future marquee matchup of the NBA, the big one, the game that will surely be
played on Christmas day 06': Ron Artest returns to Indiana. Boos? Oh yes! Ben
Wallace got booed in Indi for his part of the Malice at Palace incident. Now
that Artest is on a different team after ruining two Pacers seasons, he'll get
booed out of his mind.
Predicted Score: Indiana wins 96-92
Lakers @ Nets: Kobe faces Vincanity for the first time since Bryant
scored 81. Remember when Carter said that Kobe's 81 points was a bad thing? You
can be sure Bryant remembered, the same way he remembered a shot that Mike
Miller gave him.
Predicted Score: New Jersey wins 95-90
Pistons @ Knicks: It will be interesting to see how Larry Brown juggles
his players on the final weeks of the year. With their season already over the
logical choice would be to give more minutes to the rookies. But with all the
money being paid to their other players it might be Richardson and Crawford who
get more PT. The rookies shouldget an early entrance in this game, facing the
NBA's best team.
Predicted Score: Detroit wins 102-85
