Dungy has wait in the sidelines for more than 10 years before becoming a head coach and he was the person who gave Smith his first job in the NFL. Smith considers Dungy as his mentor and they make it a point to speak to each other every Monday morning.
Judy Vredenburgh, President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters, was excited about partnering CBS and NFL to highlight the importance of having African American and Hispanic mentors for the young players who waiting to join NFL and other professional leagues.
