Charlotte Bobcats Win Against Golden State Warriors

Charlotte Bobcats managed to beat Golden State Warriors by a narrow margin. The game was held at the Charlotte Bobcats Arena and was the venue for a closely fought game between which culminated with the Bobcats winning by 98-90.
Gerald Wallace was the main scorer for the Bobcats with 21 points and he had 16 rebounds. This is the third win for the Bobcats in their last four games played at home. After the game, Wallace was extremely satisfied with the result and his performance. He expressed a great sense of pride in the pivotal role he played in scripting the win for his team and wished that he could always do it.
The other members who scored for the Bobcats included Emeka Okafor, who scored 16 points and had 11 rebounds, and Matt Caroll who netted in 16. The chief scorer for the Warriors was Baron Davis, who scored 21 points. Other players who scored for the Warriors included Al Harrington with 17 points and 8 rebounds, Andris Biedrins with 15 points and 18 rebounds, Monta Ellis with 13 points and Stephen Jackson with 11 points.
For most part of the game, both the teams were well matched and kept scoring regularly without dominating the other side. At the end of the first quarter, Warriors were leading 28-24. Charlotte sprung back in the second quarter with a 9-3 run but the Warriors replied with a 11-1 run. At the halftime, the Warriors were leading 53-49.
By the end of the third quarter, Charlottes’ managed to quell Warriors’ lead and ended up leading with 77-74. They continued to then maintain a lead till the end of the game.
