By
Motor racing is one of the world's most popular spectator sports and has been around since the construction of the first petrol-fueled autos. There are many categories of motor racing including, formula 1, rally racing, touring car racing, drag racing, off road racing and kart racing. Out of these categories formula 1 is without a doubt the most popular and commercialized one. The first real auto race was staged in 1895 and was a city to city race between Paris and Bordeaux in France, which was the leading nation in racing up until a fatal accident in 1903 caused the French government to ban open-road racing.
Betting on motor racing is focused on Nascar and F1 championships and also WRC rally and the Moto GP motorcycle tours.
